was not very comfortable with sleep number beds. single controll bed not comfortable for two people in same bed

Radisson Cross Keys is our preferred hotel in Baltimore for its convenient and safe location, fine facilities, comfortable rooms and friendly service.
They advertise they have a shuttle bus to Sinai Hospital, which they do have. But the bus was not operating at the time of the morning I needed to be at the hospital.
Shuttle to Sinai Hospital was not available at the time I needed to be at the hospital
Liked everything except there was no complimentary continental breakfast.
