  • the hotel was very convient- they provided a shuttle from the airport- the rooms were clean and the personeel very nice
  • There free shuttle service from the and to the airport and from and to the cruise port was not timely or at all. I waited an hour and half (calling the motel 3 times) for a shuttle from the port to the motel and it never came. I had to pay for a taxi. I encountered rude personnel when I called about a leaking ceiling in my bathroom. I encountered a rude waitress in the restaurant.
