  • My reservations were for a non-smoking room-they gave us a smoking room and were unable to correct the problem. There were 3 rooms reserved for that night. The other two couples had to change rooms (one of the couples moved twice!) due to the air conditioning not working properly or at all. Also, we left messages for the morning staff that we would like to move to a non- smoking room as soon as one became available, we found out later that the message had not been passed on to the day staff. The room was dirty and only had one clean washcloth in it. This stay certainly was unlike any of my other stays at the Red Roof Inn. It was very unpleasant.
