  • The St. Regis Ft. Lauderdale was exactly what I expected; I did not want to leave the room! The experience starts with a sea of white marble as you enter the hotel. And continues as you enter your room with warm pastel colors that meet pure white hardwoods and accents, a large comfortable bed with exquisite linens?all opening up to a large lanai with an expansive view of the Atlantic. The bathroom; a sensual marble escape that had mood lighting for the perfect bath or separate deluxe shower. Also, as with each St. Regis, the attentive butler was determined to make my experience grand.

  • This hotel is very new, and quite elegant. The staff is top notch, and go out of the way to make sure that your stay is pleasant. Their in-room tv system is very slow and cluncky. The TV's are very low quality flat panels that are not very pleasant to watch. Other than that, I can heartily recommend the hotel for those who can afford it.
