  • Front desk employees witht the exception of the manager did not seem knowledgeable about their jobs.
  • Very excellent hotel. We were only there for one night returning from an overseas trip.
  • Since we went to Memphis in August it was very hot,crowded and busy. The hallways were not air conditioned and dirty. It took 2 days to have dirty dishes removed from the halls. The location-near the airport and Graceland- was ideal. The room was comfortable-we surprisingly had a small refridgerator,too. Many of the people at the desk were unable to give correct directions so we frequently got lost. However, they were very friendly.
  • A very clean, pleasant hotel with all the amenities and a good staff. The hotel restaurant, however, is far substandard and overpriced, and there are no nearby restaurants. The neighborhood is far from welcoming. Therefore, I always plan to eat in my room when I stay there - but they charge a ridiculous $15 a day for a fridge.
  • FOOD WAS OVERPRICED, ROOMS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER, OUR EVENT HOSTESS WAS ONLY ONE WHO HAD HER ACT TOGETHER.
