  • The location was perfect for foot travel to all the downtown tourist destinations. You should bring an umbrella, it rains more than we are used to out west.
  • Nice rooms for a short stay. Close to everything. They kindly mailed us our camera which we forgot in our room. Service was great.
  • My experience was adequate, in a nice area of the city, but they did not have a good selection of breakfast foods available for my kids!
  • It was a nice hotel. I was only there for one night so I can't say a lot. However, even though I was with a big conference there, the customer service was great.
  • The location was decent, however one room was given up prior to our on-time arrival. There were no more issues after this and the personel aside from the front desk were fantastic. The rooms were pleasant as well.
  • Location, comfort and price were fine. The cleaners left some cleaning supplies in the room and the front desk person was not apologetic about it at all (not that it was a huge deal, I just thought they should be more courteous about it). Also, other guests were running up and down the halls at all hours of the night to the point where I had to go out and personally ask them to quiet down, only to find there was a staff person out there who did nothing about it. Again, no apology from the front desk clerk.
  • Asked for nonsmoking room and was in a smoking room and level.
  • The hot breakfast was great. Some of the employees were helpful and some were not.

  • Took a bus load to go see the King Tut exhibit Very nice room,close to things to see, nice breakfast bar. Very happy with the trip
  • The location is good in Midtown. The parking is a bit of a pain. The garage parks cars in front of cars and you have to leave the keys so they can move your car. The breakfast area is nice and the attendant is very pleasant.
  • I like the Holiday Inn Express because the rooms are always clean and comfortable and the breakfast is a good deal.
  • The bellman was very rude at this hotel, but the room and other staff were great! I would recommend this hotel!
  • Great location, with excellent staff eager to meet needs. Walking distance for many tourist attractions in Philadelphia. I would recommend this hotel.

  • This hotel was well located not too far from the Old City in Philadelphia and near some good restaurants/bars and a jazz club. The rooms had a lot of space and were clean and comfortable. Driving in the area is slow and parking at the hotel is expensive so avoid bringing a car if you can.
