  • Too noisy - music playing constantly. Glasses not clean in room, internet wouldn't work - had to move rooms and staff did not follow through. Staff friendly but apparently in the midst of many changes at hotel, and they admitted they didn't have some info.
  • This is a ridiculous question. If I want to write my opinions about a hotel I go to tripadvisor or gusto. This qualitative data does nothing to add to the survey questions you've already asked.
  • Fun, friendly staff, almost a 'night club' atmosphere when you arrive. Little touches - from the changing rug in the elevator saying 'good morning, good afternoon and good evening' throughout the day to the comfort of the bed and room they did a wonderful job. Was attending a meeting in the hotel and enjoyed the poll, workout facilities and professional atmoshphere.
  • Hotel was quite nice, and has a great bar. The location is great since it is close to both the French Quarter and the Warehouse District.

  • It was a cool atmosphere and room. We liked the decor. I especially liked the cd music in the room. I also really liked the Bliss products in the bathroom.

  • There was a problem with the piping, and we did not have any hot water one morning. The hotel did a good job letting us use another room to shower.
  • This was a delightful hotel, with a great restaurant and excellent wine list. Room furnishings are trendy, and very comfortable.
  • Funky vibe. Breakfast bar in lobby to purchase quick breakfast. Didn't like loudness of room, poor soundproofing. Didn't like bathroom sink.
  • The hotel is very cool, I liked the decor and the neat amenities in the room like the Bliss bath products and the cd to listen to in the cd player. I thought the room was small though and didn't feel it was overly clean. There was nothing specifically dirty about but I just felt crowded and that it could have exuded a more clean feeling.
  • staff was a great reflection of W hotels.no problems at all. felt safe, and welcome.
  • Comfortable and conveniently located. Special bedding request was not taken care of prior to arrival. Overall a nice place to stay.

  • It was too noisy. The internet didn't work in the first room - I had to keep pushing to get moved to a second room AFTER calling the front desk, the service provider, and then having to hang out while the service provider came in and found that it was a problem with the room, not their service. I was not impressed with the service - the front desk forgot completely about this, and only when I went downstairs and planted myself in front of them did they decide that I could move to another room. The glasses were dirty in both rooms. I would not pay for this experience again.
  • Nice hotel, although internet access should be free. Furniture too modern for my tastes, but comfortable. Excellent meeting place: good food, pleasant atmosphere.
