The restaurant was closed on the evening of our arrival because it was totally devoted to a private function. We were left with having to find a restaurant, late at night, in a plac e qe did not know. The hotel reception did not inform us of the situation when we checked in. This was not at all enjoyable.
Well run hotel
Hotel really needs a remodel - decor is terribly dated and carpet and wallpaper worn. Bathrooms need updating and more space. Mattress was really uncomfortable. The hotel is, however, is a relatively good location, within walking distance to the Metro and thus all of DC. Room rates are reasonable.
This Hotel was nice and close to the Metro. It has nice views of DC and Arlington. It was a bit pricey however. It is a good place for a convention or meeting.
