  • THE MATTRESS WAS SAGGING AND OLD. THE PARKING WAS 32.00 DAY. TOO EXPENSIVE.
  • The hotel decor is beautiful and luxurious. It has a feel of 'French Quarter' rich history to it. The staff is the friendliest I have encountered. My husband and I were celebrating my 44th birthday during our stay and I was surprisingly treated with a cupcake complete with candles and a Happy Birthday song with it by the most thoughtful, kind hearted hotel restuarant waiter! What a darling man! Thank you, James, for making my birthday so much more special! Hats of to employees like him! Oh, and the food was delicious too! Great breakfast buffet! We also loved the hotels location! It was nice to be so close to the heart of the French Quarter.

  • The location was great, as was the staff. The hotel is luxurious and the amenities are great. The hotel offers its select guests free newspapers and morning beverages.

  • The location of the Omni Royal in New Orleans is convenient to any French Quarter shopping and resteraunts. It has old world charm and very friendly staff members. We try to stay there on every trip to the one of a kind city of New Orleans.
