  • It is ridiculous that you can't easily print your boarding pass when staying at a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Food service in restaurant was very slow.

  • Location was wonderful - seemed far enough away from the hustle & bustle yet close enough to reach amusement areas quickly. The pools were fab as were the workout facilities and spa. The rooms were gorgeous and the staff gracious.

  • We stayed at the JW Marriott/Ritz Carlton. The customer service is the best in the world. Beautiful facilities, amazing food, and a world class spa are only a few reasons to stay here. It is expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. My husband loves the professional level golf course designed by Greg Norman. It is clean, hospitable, and very friendly. The folks at the spa show no bias towards guests who may or may not be 'wealthy.' The only (minor) complaint I might have would be a bit of snootiness shown by the employees at the golf pro shop. We have experienced this the past three visits to the club. It is not enough, however, to prevent me from staying again. I highly recommend the JW Marriott/Ritz Carlton to anyone who needs a little pampering.
  • The hotel is always very clean and the employees are always friendly and welcoming. The pools are very relaxing and the food is very good. The locations are usually very good in relevance to attractions around the hotel.

  • The service and environment, both for the property in general and the room, certainly were in keeping with the Ritz's reputation. My only complaint is that one in the bathroom, the door between the bathroom and the WC is slated and this is not condusive for real privacy.
  • It was very nice and beautiful -- the view was overlooking the golf course. I wish I was able to stay longer, but it was only overnight.
  • The hotel lobby was lovely. We enjoyed the fact that there were several hotels on the grounds. The grounds themselves were very nicely laid out and offered a lovely stroll for evenings.

  • The hotel was very nice- the cleaning service was on top of things- I had taken the pillows off of the bed, to make the bed ready before I went out- when I came back, the bed was remade. The food was very good, and the bartender was really nice and talented. The bed was very cozy, and there is a nice selection of TV stations. The bathroom was large. My only complaint was that when we pulled up to workers located under an umbrella, they said that we would receive free valet parking (we were there for a work party). So, we did the 'free' valet parking, only to have a valet parking charge on our bill- when we inquired at the front desk, they said that our company was not covering valet parking, but when we told the front desk worker that the other workers had said that we'd receive free valet parking, she took the charge off of our bill. The front desk staff were very helpful. Also, we got escorted by a front desk worker to our destination, since the hotel is so large. I was very pleased with our experience.
