Location was good, bed very comfortable & staff exceptionally pleasant.
it was nice, but they asked if I wanted valet or self parking and I chose self thinking I would be saving money, and when we checked out there was a 20 dollar charge
The meeting room was super cold the first day of our seminar. The second day it was more comfortable, but by the end of the day, it got too warm. The food was not impressive at all.
I enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly, bed was comfy, good value for the money, good view of the riverwalk, etc.
Liked everything.
Good Service Good Room Service
Staff was nice. Location was excellent. Hotel, restaurant, pool, and rooms were excellent. We booked by 1800Marriott and received great rates of 109 a night, with breakfast and connecting rooms. When we got there, we were charged 150 a night and no breakfast or connecting rooms. Staff worked hard to work it out, but it was a huge mess. They also tried to put our family of 5 into a room with one king bed. In the end and after much front desk maneuvers, we got what was promised over the 1800 number, minus the connecting rooms (We had elderly parents with us). FYI the Riverwalk, Tower of Americas, and the Alamo are in walking distance and worth the mess. See the Imax and jump on the Trolly around town....family loved it. A+ venue, D- organization
