  • VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY AND PLAY.
  • We needed late checkout because of the time when our conference ended. We were told to call back at a certain time to request it. When we called at exactly the time were were told to, they stated all the late checkouts were already taken. We had an issue with the plumbing in our bathroom and they sent someone to fix it right away. Later that night, the same thing happened and someone had to come up again to fix it. We appreciated the quick response. The rooms were very nice and the beds were extremely comforable.
  • Liked the overall experience....and their new pool facility
  • overall very pleased. on 2 occasions were scheduled for the augustus tower, but it wasn't available when we arrived.
  • Nice quiet comfortable rooms
  • Have stayed at Caesars for years. It is perfect
  • Very nice facility. Very efficient personnel, especially in the casino. Location is a plus.
  • My first visit at Caesar's was a pleasure. The rooms, hotel, and services were excellent.
  • One of many with similar accomodations. Less than expected casino atmosphere Convenient to shows playing at other hotels Lunch buffet reasonable Overcome by heavy smoking in major areas of the hotel, i.e. entrance, casino
  • It was a great place and I enjoyed myself greatly. Tourists would love it except for the very expensive food
  • My first visit to Caesar's Palace was over 36 years ago and from that date they have continued to expand and innovate in order to maintain their status as the best place to stay in Las Vegas.
  • loved everything
  • nice strip location, rooms were nice, bed was awful, food expensive, upgraded room had nice view, pools were wonderful, cocktail waitresses were awesome and Celine Dion cancelled her show for the second time on us!
  • The front staff was really helpful and nice.
  • The hotel has a great location, friendly staff, and the rooms are well kept, even the older rooms. The TV remote did not work properly, but I only stayed one night so I didn't mention it. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers. I would 'warn' them that it is a rather large hotel, and could be hard to navigate if you've never been there before. I would also recommend requesting the new tower as it has much nicer room amenities, like flat screen TV's and all new furnishings.
  • I enjoyed my stay. I have nothing bad to say. I have stayed in many hotels and have not had any bad experences.
  • I expected great service, and I got it.
  • Centrally located on Vegas strip. Excellent restauraunts Excellent players club & rewards
  • We were up-graded to a beautiful siute. The location is great. We found the minimum bet at the tables to be more than we wanted to wager all the time. So we did most of our gambling at other hotels.
  • It was very confusing to try and find the check-in desk, we had to walk a long ways through the parking garage and then the entire length of the casino and we had to ask directions. Then we had to walk through the casino to get anywhere and it continued to be confusing. I know they wanted us to spend time in the casino but it ended up being just frustrating.
