  • I enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta. The service and location was ideal. I stayed there for a family reunion, and it was easily accessible to our location where our family picnic was held. I was very pleased overall.
  • It is just a great on no complain!
  • The location was convenient (near the airport); the comfort level is well above average. The staff were competent and friendly; the manager, in particular, helped our convention with a generous room rate. All facilities and accessways are indoors, so meetings and other activities can take place in full comfort.
  • A little out of the way, it was hard to find. Staff was friendly & helpful. Restaurant was OK, but a bit expensive. I preferred to go to a fast food restaurant instead.
  • My dislike of this hotel was that there was no luggage cart available. you had to wait on a bellman to bring a cart.
