  • It clean - the staff was very pleasant. It was next to the hotel that my conference was being held. The shuttle service very good, they were there when you needed them. I really enjoyed my stay and plan on staying there next time.

  • Very nice hotel, the rooms are big and comfortable; and the service extraordinary. We had a problem with our car on check out day and needed extra time to check out and they extended it for several hours with no cost.
  • HAD TO HAVE KEY REPROGRAMMED SEVERAL TIMES, NOT HAPPY WITH FOOD OFFERED IN RESTAURANT
  • Hotel was clean and just as described - great facilities: fitness room and business center. Staff were courteous and efficient. Hotel was easy to reach from the freeway and located close to downtown Dallas. The breakfast buffet was good value. It was nice to have a 'real' breakfast without leaving the hotel.
