The staff was unfriendly.
We have stayed at this motel several times and have had wonderful experiences and great service. We have grown to expect the outstanding service and staff each time we stay in the area. The rooms are smaller than at some other motels, but the rooms are very space efficient, clean, and comfortable.
The bathroom fan timers don't work properly. We ahve stayed there four times and ahve yet to get one that either shuts off in the allotted time or starts up after the dial is turned. Other than that I would recommend this Microtel
Our stay at the Microtel Inn was very positive. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very attentive to our needs.
still like the mirrors and seat by the window. small rooms but it is okay. breakfast average but coffee was wonderfully hot!
I enjoy staying at Microtel Inns and Suites. The location is great since I always come into town on the north side. I love the shuttle bus for the Mayo Clinic. The beds are almost always very comfortable and they are very willing to work with a unknown situation due to Mayo Clinic. I also like that is it close to many resturants and places to shop.
