  • After staying there for at least 2 weeks outta each month for a year, you'd think they would know who you are by then. There's always a 'new' person at the front desk which sometimes makes checking-in / reservation frustrating. Something is ALWAYS wrong with the room. Either the light is out, the toilet paper holder is broken or the shower door, or the back of tv falls off or the volume starts going staticy. But they do have a wonderful repairman there. He is very friendly and quick at getting things repaired. The room service - takes them half an hour to get your food from the time you order it - no matter what you order. But always check your order while they're still there. They don't always get it correct the first time. The bed is VERY, VERY comfortable. You don't want to get out of it. Just the comforter is a lil too warm. Turn down your thermostat and go to sleep - very comfortable, just cold when you have to get outta bed. ;)
  • Beautiful accommodations, soft, comfortabe bed, large, hot shower, knowledgeable staff, hotel was in the middle of Beverly Hills, spa treatment was divine.
  • This was a wonderful experience. The spa was heavenly. All of the employees were knowledgeable and friendly no matter what the hour was.
  • The location is ideal for getting around LA and for shopping and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is excellent and remember me on return visits. The rooms are pleasant, quiet, good size, clean. The concierge service is good. Renting a car through the hotel is easy. The only downside is rather poor quality food in both the restaurant and through room service.

  • I think the parking attendents who see a guest being harrassed they should follow the guest in and make sure she gets to the elevator/room safely, or call security. This was not done and my daughter was attacked in the elevator.
  • There is always 'something' wrong with guest rooms. Either a light is out, TV static or no sound, heater / AC out of order. Something, but nothing too major. It is nice that some (like 25%) staff remember who you are (we stay 3 weeks outta the month for more than a year) and greet you using your name. Night time maintenance man responsed quickly and ALWAYS gets the issue corrected on the first try. Bed are really comfortable! And Room Service personnal are always friendly and full of smiles.
