they came riht up when the toliet decieded to have problems and fixed it. they were great to staywith and thier breakfast was always delicous.

we had a great visit, we had a malfunctioning toilet and they fixed it right away. every thing was great, breakfast was great every morn.
The location is great for getting around all of Charles, the staff there are super friendly, rooms nice and very clean. When in Charleston we always stay at this Hampton
The internet was not working, and in 3 days was not repaired which was a big problem for me. Toilet blocked and took 2 calls to get it seen to. Unfortunate experience - hotel was otherwise fine, if a bit pricey.
I have Hilton Honors points and I try to stay at any Hilton chain hotel. They are always clean and very friendly. I like the breakfast options the best. Very good.
As has been our experience with Hampton in the past, there were no surprises.
