Have stayed at this hotel a number of times and find it to be very nice for the price.
The room and services were as expected however the reservations, expected rooms and actual received rooms were far from expected. We came as a group with specific requests, rooms grouped together and adjoining rooms. In spite of being told that is what was ordered, we weren't given this. In the future make sure you fully understand reservation policy.
Reservation wasn't at all what was asked for or expected. We had specific room requirements and were told over the phone, everything would be okay. This was definitely not the case.

The location was great and the accommodations were sufficient and convenient for our work purposes. Our customers were able to come into the facilities with no problem. There is plenty of parking that isn't squeezed together, which is helpful in an area where there is often weather. Continental breakfast was adequate and had some variety. I do wish there were more warm options, especially for the wintery weather.
it was nice the breakfeast was good. the pool area was nice and not crowded. room was clean
I loved how quiet the rooms were and the bed was more comfortable than in most hotels where I've stayed.
