  • Very nicely appointed room, and the hotel was in an excellent location. I like Residence Inn in general, but this one was unusually nice. Comfortable bed. Very pleasant staff. Parking valet situation was a little complicated, but worked out okay.
  • Very good experience with this hotel. Breakfast included was excellent. I will be on the lookout for other special rates so I can stay there again.
  • This was an excellent hotel with great check in and a great view of the Empire State Building.
  • Location was convenient, hotel was nice and comfortable but extremely small rooms, service was pretty indifferent
  • The complimentary breakfast was poor. We arrived at 9AM (opened from 7AM to 10 AM) and the selection was poor because they had run out of most of the food.
  • Very clean and great rate. Hotel staff was very friendly. Close to Time Square. We will definitely stay here again when we go to New York.
