Expensive for a Homewood Suites but typical of Jackson. Nice bedding and bathroom, good-sized suites. Staff could have been both friendlier and more helpful. Two staff members used a key card to enter our suite at 2 a.m.--they said they thought it was a supply closet (?!) and the front desk clerk could barely be bothered to apologize. After extended discussion, we eventually got a discount on a second night, but it still left a bad impression.
The reservationist was able to secure us a reservation last minute. The check in was quick and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable.
