Nice place to stay.
very close to River Walk
the hotel was great. the rooms were clean and quiet. the breakfast price was reasonable and very good. the location is near the heart of downtown san antonio. i cannot wait to stay there again
We have stayed in this hotel many times over the past 7 years. The quality of service is completely different than what it use to be. When traveling last Summer we decided to stay here again. We had a young child and 2 babies that required beds (that we brought with us). We told the hotel staff this when we made our reservations, on the way there and when we arrived. They assured us that we would have a large room that would accomidate us. We ended up in the smallest room we had ever stayed in there. The room next to ours (which was available when we arrived) was twice the size of ours, yet we were told there were no vacnies. The breakfast that they serve use to be cooked fresh. Now it is all frozen and heated.
Clean rooms and towels. Bathroom was well kept
