  • It was extremely close to where we needed to be. Free continental breakfast was as expected. Rooms were clean and orderly.

  • The employees seemed willing to help but one employee did not know the area very well and could not tell us where a lot of the things we were looking for were located at. The continental breakfast was sparce and limited time. The hotel also did not conduct business in a timely manner. We needed to be at the port authority by a certain time and they were running late.
  • In any new place, we tend to look for a Best Western Inn as generally reasonably priced, decent locations, and less sameness than in many other chain facilites.

  • The Best Western that we stayed in was very clean, was in a great location and had all the extras that you would expect in a hotel(ie. swimming pool, Outdoor Recreation Area, Free Breakfast). For a two room suite it was a GREAT PRICE, I was really suprised at how little it cost to stay for the night. To make it even more suprising it was the night BEFORE the SUPER BOWL and the hotel did not GOUGE us to stay that close to the stadium. I was very impressed. Best Western will be my first choice of hotels in the future.
