  • best suited for universal attractions. beakfast buffet not that great
  • Needed an accessible room as I use a w/c it was as expected clean and roomy. Great front desk personnel.
  • Comfortable, good location, convenient to restaurants and theme parks. Shuttle bus was offered to Universal, Sea World and other locations. Served a nice breakfast buffet. Had a problem when we checked in becasue they had put 1 person in the king suite instead of 4 and did not have us down as needing a roll away bed. Resolved problem after a few minutes at check in.
  • We loved the service we received. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was more then we'd expected and very nice. The package deal we received for Sea World was our main reason for choosing this hotel and it was totally worth it.

  • Location was great. It was nearby a variety of sites. I would recommend staying there again.
  • Good value, though a very long walk to convention center. Room and bathroom are clean, and the bed seemed very new and comfortable. Loved the white duvet and sheets. Only gripes are the noise level from surrounding rooms and very noisy air conditioner, and they ran out of dark roast coffee at breakfast.
