My only complaint was that one day housekeeping didn't even make my bed. another day the sink wasn't cleaned and the towels weren't replaced. It was spring break, my kids came up with my wife for three of the days I stayed and only once would the desk clerk turn on the water slide-I completely understand not having it on all the time, but we even asked to have it turned on.
It was a great experience and a wonderful place to stay.
