  • Very comfortable, attentive staff. Great downtown location
  • * It would have been nice to have electrical outlets in the bedside night stands as there was no place to plug in my laptop when I wanted to work in bed. * The property needs to promote the new, Mary Brickell Village, as a nearby (within walking distance) eating and retail venue. It wasn't mentioned in any of the hotel's promotional materials and it's an asset to the property. * Accessing the pool/pool deck was awkward. One had to descend one set of elevators to the hotel's sky lobby, walk to another set of elevators to descend to the ground floor, walk across the hotel's active valet parking lanes, enter the lobby of the adjacent office building, then take another elevator up to the pool deck. A sky bridge would have been a nice addition to mitigate the convoluted path to the pool.
  • It was a beautiful hotel, very clean, quiet room, comfortable bed, very friendly and professional staff.

  • It was very nice and comfortable, just wish I was there for pleasure so I could enjoy it more!
