  • This hotel was the closest to Denver Int'l Airport. Good location with restaurants within walking distance. I arrived VERY late - past midnight - and the front desk man was very gracious and kind. Since there was no restaurant in this hotel, he kept the little hotel 'store' open for me in case I wanted/needed anything. Very kind! Made a big difference to a lengthy & frustrating experience at the car rental place. Room was quiet and CLEAN (thank you) and comfortable.

  • Asked for nonsmoking room in reservation and 1 person we traveled with wanted a smoking room. When we got to the hotel we requested a smoking room and was told it was okay to use the nonsmoking room we had to smoke in. When 2nd shift desk person got to work we were told that we had to move to another room. This was after we were in the original room for 3 hours and was unpacked. This was quite a hassel for 3 women.
  • I've stayed with Ramada before but not this location. I've always been pleased with the service, rooms and this time was no exception. Rooms are comfortable, clean, have nice TVs, always quiet so I can sleep, work, or watch TV without disruption. This location was very convenient for visiting family in the area. Staff was friendly and available to provide a service or answer a question at any time.
