  • IT WAS GREAT. MUCH BETTER THAN I EXPECTED.
  • This hotel is noisy and family oriented. You can see the fireworks from Sea World from the Hotel. We had a plumbing problem while staying at the hotel and the workers were unfriendly and unpleasant. Overall, this hotel is cheap and you get what you pay for.
  • THE ROOM WAS LARGER THAN EXPECTED. RENOVATIONS WERE IN PROGRESS FOR THE RESTAURANT AND BAR. CONFERENCE ROOM WAS ADAQUTE.
  • We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 10 or 11 years, as we take our grandchildren on an annual trip to San Diego to visit Sea World and other attractions. The hotel seemed to be getting a little dirty. It was better last year, but could still use some improvement (employees should pick up trash promptly, especially food items and contains left outside the doors of some of the guests). The only problem we had was that the maid would never leave enough towels and/or washcloths, necessitating a call to housekeeping. We like this hotel because of its proximity to Sea World and other places we like to visit; there is a good family restaurant on the grounds (Baker's Square);it is close to a Target store and a supermarket; there's a pool; and it's not far from the airport.
