  • The personality and flair of the hotel was exotic and it was delightful staying there. It was conveniently located close to the Nation's monuments and public transportation. The rooms were spacious and the attention to detail of the cleanliness and features were excellent. The business center conference rooms had everything needed for a productive meeting.

  • I very much enjoyed staying at the Mandarin Oriental. Even though I was attending a conference on business, I felt like it was a mini-vacation because of the quality of the hotel. My only problem with my TV was quickly resolved by the staff. I would highly recommend staying there.

  • Beautiful hotel with an excellent central location in Washington, DC, looking out on the tidal basin. Staff was friendly and efficient. Restaurants and bars were very nice. Room was small, but furnished nicely and had a wonderful large bathroom. For tourists that are driving, make sure you get detailed directions to the hotel.
  • This was an excellent hotel stay. The hotel staff were friendly and thorough, the amenities and environment were lovely, and the food was excellent. My only complaint is that there was not free internet service. It was a $15 charge to use the internet for one day.
