  • Room we were originally given did not having working AC and smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
  • Enjoyed the stay very much and have reseved a suite for April,2008.
  • We stayed at the Charlotte, NC location. We booked for 2 nights. There were pubic hairs on the sheets. Trash (plastic shrink wrap from around bottle top) under bed edge. Bathroom toliet seat with hairs and tub not clean. Air conditioner was loud and needed serviced or replaced. Stayed one night, they did refund all costs.
  • The rooms were nice, but not what we had booked. We booked (and had confirmations) for two rooms with two double beds in each. We got one correct, but the other was a suite with one king bed. Not a good way to start the visit. One of us had to sleep on the fold-out couch -- the hotel was completely booked. The worst surprise was when we checked out. The clerk had slipped a bill under the door that combined was about $500 less than what we had booked the room for through Priceline. When we went to the desk to check out, we were told the bill under the door was incorrect and although it was the price we would have paid for the room had we booked directly with Country Inns & Suites, we were charged the higher price. So much for Priceline saving money. That's probably not Country Inn's fault, but still didn't leave a good impression.
  • Inexpensive hotel - can't expect too much - I had to unstop my own commode - Sufficient for my needs
