  • Check-in was a disaster. Rooms were not ready at 5:30 PM. Was told I would be called on my cell phone when ready. Had daughter with 9 month old . Room was supposed to have crib. Had to call 3 times to get it delivered. Had reserved two 'Delux' rooms with views. Was given regular room with greeat eye level view of a road. When questioned about this at the desk, the clerk said all the rooms were alike. He had been on the job for 3 weeks. Very disapointing. Hotel appears to be in transition.

  • Stayed on the concierge floor. Room had a worn appearance. Breakfast buffet was freezing and the staff told us that the temperature could not be adjusted by anyone but corporate.

  • Beautiful hotel. Lovely, extremely comfortable room. One lamp did not work and a bad telephone connection. Both taken care of very quickly. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool with attentive staff.
  • Previously I found the facility to be 'run down' by the slovenly golfers who used the facility. It has undergone repairs and now is up to decent standards. I hope the golfers stay home!
  • Loved the pools and grounds. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Best hotel room coffee and tea that I have experienced in all of my business/leisure travel.

  • The hotel was fabulous! I stayed for a conference and had a great expererience. The rooms were beautiful and relaxing. The pool and closeness to shopping made this business trip feel more like a trip for pleasure! The only problem I encountered was during checkout. A room service charge had been sent to my room by mistake. However, the hotel clerk took my word for it and quickly took it off my bill. He then discovered that the charge was simply a mistake on the invoice room number and all was well. Overall, the service was outstanding.
