  • We chose this hotel because of the castle theme as we were traveling with small children. The location is central to dining and theme parks.
  • Great location near to Universal and Walt Disney World. On Major Drive which parallels International Drive so you miss all the traffic. Beautiful theme for the hotel, lovely rooms. Pool wasn't heated, that was a minus. They gave you freshly baked cookies when you checked in, that was a plus. We would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.
  • Good location - access to Universal Park and City Walk. Comfortable room.
  • It was a very nice hotel but the pool was small and dark. It was pricey, I thought, for what it was, and it wasn't very castle like. My daughter was very disappointed. However, the check-in staff was incredibly nice. There were no parking spaces and one of the employees moved his car for me. But for the price of the room, I shouldn't have to have such a parking hassle!
