I liked the staff because they were helpful in removing excess furniture that was in my way in a handicap room. I disliked the price they charged because it was an inflated charge due to a festival that weekend.
I liked the complementary breakfast. When I leave the next day it is nice to get a quick breakfast and not have to worry about stopping somewhere just to eat. This particular hotel had a very nice variety of items available and a nice clean area to sit and eat and read the paper.
