was stabdard for a holiday inn express--they are all about the same
Easy to find location, friendly staff, nice resturant for breakfast. Room needed to be updated, it appears remodel was under way at time of stay.
Ths staff was very discourteous, appeared to be more interested in socializing. Gave us a room that had not been cleaned, finally gave us a room on first floor after telling us the first one was the ONLY one available. The matter was resolved, an apology letter received. However, the price was over double what we had paid only 11 months previously.
Holidays are wonderful place to stay, they help you if needed or they leave you alone if you want.
