Very nice. I look forward to their restaurant.
Desk staff - Outstanding Bar staff - Excellent!!! Main Dining - All were great, Chef very personable Event Room Staff - not personable, complained about doing extra work. Not enough food on many mornings Valets - All were good except for one who left customers at the Mall, laundry etc. At the end of his shift he would just leave w/o telling his relief to pick people up. Never appologized, his attitude/demeanor said we were bothering him.
It was in a good location, by the Galleria mall, good service, very comfortable. Definatly go there.
This is a beautiful hotel in a nice location. The room in which I stayed has a king bed, which is very nice. The wireless internet works flawlessly. The TV is old but still works okay.
The bathroom sinks did not drain properly. They held the water far too long. This was a gross turnoff.
