  • It was a wonderful place, where your every need was taken care of. The staff was very helpful with directions and places to see and where to eat. The room was great, clean and they even prvided extra pillows without being asked.
  • The hotel staff was outstanding. There was a day that our room was not cleaned and when I called housekeeping, the manager responded in less than 10 minutes. She dispatched a staff person who cleaned the bathroom properly and brought my family clean towels.
  • Good location. Room sheets were dirty, and old coffee grounds let in the machine. Overall a nice place, with good meeting space and food.
  • I liked the convenience of this hotel. It was right in downtown Philadephia so we were able to walk everywhere. The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a free breakfast buffet like other Hilton hotels we have stayed at.

  • First we got locked out of our room because the door/lock broke. The maintainance man had to break the door open with a crowbar so we could get our things to move to another room. Then we needed the sheets changed in the new room because I am allergic to feathers. Went to the front desk and told them. 20 minutes later it still wasn't changed. I went down again and 45 minutes later it still wasn't fixed. It turned out that the manager came up to give me new blankets because the employee that was supposed to do it disappeared.
