  • i love the hyatt and haved stayed there for the past several years at various locations. i am never dissapointed and its always a pleasurable stay!
  • I absolutely loved the 'heavenly bed'. It had to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was absolutely wonderful!
  • Staff didn't seem to know where some meeting rooms were located and gave wrong directions. Billed for items not used and it took quite a long phone call to straighten out.

  • THE HOTEL WAS THE MAIN HOTEL FOR THE NATIONAL BSA MEETING WE ATTENDED. SITE WAS GOOD BECAUSE IT WAS NEAR THE AIR PORT & IN THE NEAR DOWNTOWN AREA SO CLOSE TO LARGE NUMBER OF RESTAURANTS & THE LIGHT RAIL SVC.
  • The hotel was nice but I didn't like the way they charge you for every little thing. At the price they charged for the rooms, internet should be included for free.

  • The hotel was conveniently located. NSBA hotel booking is handled by a conference planner and we don't get to select to which hotel we are assigned. They do it randomly according to the number in your group.

  • Parking should be included in hotel price. $22 per day was excessive. Great hotel, great location. A bit pricey.
