  • The location was great and they were courteous and helpful
  • Beds were extremely comfortable with the best pillows in any hotel I've been in. Within walking distqance of dining and transportation. Employees are eager to help with directions.
  • Rooms were a little outdated, design-wise. Other than that, the room was very nice.
  • All Embassy suites offer a quality stay, this property was no exception. Great location, very nice staff. It does have an odd configuration and was undergoing renovation at the time which was a pain in the butt.
  • The view and location couldn't be better. The staff are courteous and helpful. It is my favorite hotel to stay in.
  • We love traveling with our daughter when we can stay at an Embassy Suites. The separate sleeping room is very helpful with a 10 year old.
  • The hotel was undergoing some renovation while we were there, but for the most part we had no trouble. The free breakfast in the attached TGI Friday's was great! The desk clerks were very helpful in finding places to have dinner each night.

  • the location is wonderful and you can park yourself in some of the local garages or on the street for less than the valet parking. The problem that we had on check in was that there were not enough reprsentatives on hand and that resulted in a line. Also, it is time for this facility to offer free wifi; the idea of charging for internet is so passe.

  • Hotel was located a little outside of the old part of town, but it was easy to take a taxi to anywhere in the city. The room was huge with all that I could have needed for the weekend. The living room area was large and the bedroom was smaller. Nice view from the balcony.
