  • Like facility, price and friendliness of staff. Location,not premium.
  • Comfort Suites is always more reasonably priced than most chains. You can always expect clean and well kept facilities.
  • Convient to port ... offers oickup from airport and cruise port ... all timely
  • The hotel drove us from the airport to the hotel, gave us a list of nearby restaurants that were open for dinner that evening (it was Thanksgiving), fed us a decent breakfast the next morning and then took us to the cuiseport all for about $100. It was extremely convenient, and we would stay there again.

  • The hotel is fine for a one night stay on your way to or from a cruise. The day staff was not knowlegeable about their check-in proceedures.
  • There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that pooled between the wall and paint in the bathroom. The toilet kept running. No changing area for a baby in the lobby.
