  • EVERYTHING WAS OK, VERY COMFORTABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING THERE AGAIN.
  • Great location. Guest rooms are very noisy, thin walls so you can hear noise from nearby rooms.

  • Excellent service, great bar and restaurant in lobby of hotel. Hotel resaurant on the 3rd floor had excellent fare. Convenient to the waterfront district,downtown shopping areas. Easy freeway access to get to where you're going quickly. Secure underground parking.

  • We called and requested to check-in at 2pm and were told we could. Luckily, we arrived at 2:45, though our room was still not available. The desk agent was extremely rude, telling us that they only guaranteed check-in by 3pm, and that though they had made us wait in the lobby until after 3pm, that since he had us standing at the desk past 3pm for over 5 minutes, they were meeting their guarantee.
