Everything was very nice
I held a company meeting there with several of our executives and everything was outstanding in terms of service, my room, and the meeting facilities. The meeting staff was particularly great in terms of making sure everything met our needs.
This hotel was very accomodating and very cozy atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay there, it was very pleasant

Beautiful hotel. Somewhat pricey. Very convenient to Universal parks and other universal hotels. Great service, nice room. Mama Della's ia a fantastic restaurant.
Loved the location. Loved the suite. Food and restaurants were very good. Didn't like that room was not cleaned by 4pm. I was walked in on by staff while taking a nap at 4:30 pm.
