  • It's a good location when staying in NYC - close to transportation and major tourist sites. It's very bright and busy - so not necessarily a relaxing spot. Parking is not obvious as it's valet parking only, but the doormen were very good about greeting cars at the street. Rooms were comfortable and quiet with light blocking shades. Lines for breakfast buffet were quite long no matter what time we went.

  • I was very impressed with the security measures at the entrance to the hotel. I was disappointed in the room service, however. We tried to order an entire cheesecake (or any cake they had available since it was my niece's birthday) and they not only were unable to accommodate us, they sent up a very small slice of cheesecake nearly an hour later. The hotel is in a great location and the room was well appointed. I would stay there again. However, I probably would not even bother with room service (or the restaurant for that matter).

  • The room was beautiful and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. Great location.

  • Location was great. Concierge desk was VERY helpful. For the price, I think they should have included free Wi-Fi access at no additional cost.
  • Great Hotel! I always stay at the Doubletree Suites - very comfortable and large rooms.
