  • My experience was good; we were satisfied with the complete service.
  • I thought the room was nice but they were doing construction while we were there which made things cluttered. I had issue when one of the patio tables fell over and threw my cell phone into the water and I went to ask them for help or if they could do anything for me and they acted like they didn't care. The shuttle to Disney was expensive and didn't run a lot so that was inconvenient. The breakfast was nice to have.
  • None of the staff spoke english and seemed incompetent. The one lady didnt even know how to load the orange juice container into the machine. We never received extra towels after calling down for them twice. Front desk seemed indifferent when we were checking out and I told them of ur problems.
