  • I just stayed for a few hours, my stay was not exactly expected. i am an employee in San Antonio and know the standard that Marriott hold for exceptional service and the employees at this marriott exceeded that standard. We checked in around 3 or 4 am and checked out around 11am at checkout I was pleased to see that the Supervisor/Manaer for the front desk took it upon herself to list us as a late check out since we came in so late. I would have to say that the experience was fantastic. There was a minor problem with the toilet as it flushed slowly but I really did not care, i think the room we occupied was the last one available and I was just thankful that the staff was courteous enouhto allow us to use our employee rate since it was a last minute emerency.
