  • Very convienent location. Best sleep I have every had at a hotel. Incredibly comfortable beds.
  • It was nice, but it was very expensive for no breakfast.
  • There was nothing in the area at all. Seriously, nothing to do, nowhere to eat, etc. The hotel was fine, but unless you have a car, you can't do anything.
  • I enjoyed my stay. Beautiful facility. The pool was a little disappointing, especially for the price. It was indoor which was a plus as we stayed there in February. The valet service was great.
  • Make sure that the hotel has all your stay dates etc correct. Make sure that you are specific with your requests. The staff did NOT seem to be empowered to solve issues.

  • The room was very comfortable, great pillows, nice cd with relaxation techniques, quiet surroundings. We did have a bit of difficulty finding the hotel but there was an easy check in once we got there. The parking wasn't too steep. The hotel was centrally located and we could get places easily. Our only problem was room service. We ordered it from a restaurant next door, the restaurant affiliated with the hotel. They forgot to bring it up. There was a very simple apology and no offer of any compensation or considerations. They also haven't given us the points on our Priority Club card but we haven't contacted them about it either.

  • It is always a pleasure to stay at the Crowne Plaza. The rooms are well-kept and the staff members are super-friendly.

  • The hotel was pleasent ans comfortable. It needed more elevators to handle the traffic and it was annoying that the stairs only were fire exits and not an alternative to the elevators
