  • This is a great location in downtown Charlotte. The check-in time was over an hour.
  • i stay there once a year and it's great, right in the middle of town, the last 2 years they had to evacuate hotel. with people pulling fire alarm

  • This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. I contacted them a few days after I made my reservations to make a special request about which floor I would stay on and they were very helpful and took care of me. Once I was there, I found the staff at the desk to be very helpful and friendly. They always had a smile and a friendly greeting. My room was great and I would happily stay there again.
