  • I was extremely dissatisfied with check-in process. We had a printed reservation that clearly indicated 2 rooms for 4 people. However, the desk clerk said that we had only one room. After about 1/2 hour of unpleasant discussion, the desk clerk finally discovered another room at the hotel that she made available for my friends. This experience totally biased our opinions about this stay in what otherwise would have been a nice stay.
