The hotel is comfortable and has a nice breakfast room with good choices. The price was considerably higher than last year. What I disliked was the water in the shower came out with such force that it felt like my skin was being peeled off. I couldn't adjust it and water covered the floor before I was through. The hotel manager didn't even comment when I told him about the shower. I thought he could have at least apologized for the discomfort and perhaps offered a price adjustment. I may choose not to stay at this hotel another time.
I HAVE STAYED MORE THAN 6 TIMES AND THE PERSONAL HAVE BEEN VERY NICE.

This is a very good location for any event at the Expo Center. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has good security. The breakfast room is nice and has a good selection of food for a quiet meal. I didn't find anything that I disliked.
Comfort and service was great. Breakfast was basic - not really a great option for any special-diets like vegetarian or kosher.
all good, will stay there again next visit to the rose city, great staff
