  • They are very clean and efficient.
  • This hotel was extremely convenient to everything at the Riverwalk and downtown area. Not hard to get in and out of and had a parking garage with locked entry. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with information.
  • Having worked in a hotel previously, I knew exactly what to expect, and received just as much. The only major complaint is that their in-room tv-on-demand service wasn't working properly.
