It was a little bit difficult to find the Inn, but I called the front desk and was given directions as I was driving that led me right to the location. I am very grateful.
I had reserved a smoking room and didn't get one they had already giving out there smoking rooms before I got there.
We called the front desk to ask for more towels, we were told tey would bring them to us; we had to go down and get them ourselves. Signs said no consuming alcohol; group of people drinking in and around pool; employees were notifed and did nothing.
