  • They lost my reservation after I called the day before my arrival to confirm. Parking was entirely too expensive. Room was tiny but beautiful.
  • I THOUGHT THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL AND DECORATED IN BEAUTIFUL TASTE. THE PERSONNEL OF THE FACILITY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND MOST ACCOMODATING.
  • It was adequate for the purpose of the trip.
  • Arrived at check in time and had to wait two hours for room to be available. Front desk staff was rude and did not seem to know what they were doing.
